A creative agency, born inside an engineering company.
Scaaale started as a department inside The Web People - a digital engineering firm we'd been building since 2017.
For years, we shipped websites, products, and platforms for clients across India and the world. But somewhere along the way, we kept hearing the same thing.

Marketing isn't engineering. Branding isn't development. Creative work runs on a different rhythm, a different team, a different mindset. Trying to bolt it onto a tech company was holding both sides back.
So in 2023, we made it official. We took the marketing and creative team out of The Web People, gave it its own name, its own identity, and its own ambition.

Today, Scaaale is a 15-person creative agency working with founders across India and beyond. We design brands, produce content, run campaigns, and use AI to do all of it faster and sharper than agencies twice our size. We're still part of The Web People family — but we're our own thing now. With our own clients, our own work, and our own way of doing things.

Aditya is the creative and marketing mind behind Scaaale. He spends his days obsessing over how brands look, how they sound, and how they grow - translating business ambition into campaigns that move the needle. From positioning to creative direction to growth strategy, he leads the work that shapes how every Scaaale client shows up in the market.
Sharath Srinivas
Co-founder & COO
Sharath runs the engine. He's the reason work ships when it's supposed to, clients stay for years, and the team operates like a system instead of a scramble. Execution discipline is his craft - turning ideas into outcomes, briefs into deliverables, and chaos into clockwork.
