Most projects start within 2 to 3 weeks of the first call. Smaller projects, such as a logo or a single campaign, can usually begin sooner. Brand identity systems and ongoing retainers typically require 3 to 4 weeks of onboarding before work starts.
Yes. We've worked with brands across India, the US, the UK, and the Middle East. Time zones aren't a problem, most communication happens asynchronously, and we schedule calls to suit your working hours.
Project work is offered on a fixed-fee basis and paid in milestones. Retainers are billed monthly and paid upfront. After our discovery call, we share a detailed proposal outlining exactly what you're paying for and when no hidden fees or surprise invoices.
Absolutely. Many clients begin with a single service such as brand identity, packaging design, or a paid media campaign and expand the engagement over time. There's no minimum scope requirement.
