We're in Puttur (a tier-3 town in coastal Karnataka), and we're proving something most people in our industry don't believe: that you can build a world-class creative agency from anywhere, with the right people, the right discipline, and the right ambition.

Mediocre feedback is what kills agency work. We give direct, useful, kind feedback: to clients, to each other, to the work. Sugarcoating helps no one. Honesty done well makes everyone better.

We work hard but we don't glorify exhaustion. Late nights happen during launches. They don't happen every Tuesday. The pace is sustainable on purpose.

A straightforward conversation about you, the role, and what working together could look like. Ask us anything; we’ll do the same.

Work Conversation
For shortlisted candidates: a deeper conversation about the work, sometimes with a small task or portfolio review. Designed to test fit on the actual craft, not on whiteboarding tricks.
Step 04
Decision
We decide together. We make an offer if it's a fit, or we tell you honestly if it's not. Either way, you'll hear from us within a week of the final round.
