Marketing Executive (BTL)
We are looking for a Marketing Executive (BTL) to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, engage directly with potential customers, generate leads, and support brand promotion through targeted campaign activations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute campaign activations such as events, promotions, stalls, and customer engagement activities.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through direct and on-ground marketing.
- Visit different locations to identify marketing opportunities and potential customers.
- Interact with customers, explain products/services, and collect feedback.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, campaign activities, and results.
- Monitor the performance of marketing activities and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with the internal teams to convert leads generated through BTL activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- Experience: 0 - 1 year
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple people and manage activities independently.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in marketing can also apply.
